What to send
Use the contact form or email [email protected]. Include the page URL, a description of the image, your relationship to it, the action requested, and a reliable way to reply. If you are asserting ownership or representing someone else, include information that helps us verify that connection.
Available actions
Depending on the issue, we may correct metadata or attribution, replace the image, temporarily remove it while reviewing the request, or remove it from publication and future page selections. We may preserve a minimal internal record of the request so a removed asset is not added again by mistake.
Review process
We first locate the exact asset and its approval or source record. We then assess the request and may ask for clarification. Urgent privacy, safety, impersonation, or clear rights concerns receive priority. Sending a request does not require public discussion of the person shown.
Search and cache delay
After an image is removed from this site, copies previously stored by search engines, social platforms, browsers, or third-party caches may take additional time to disappear. We can remove the source under our control but cannot directly erase an independent service's cache.
No waiver
This process is intended to resolve concerns efficiently. It does not ask a requester to give up any rights or prevent either side from seeking appropriate independent advice.
